Once in a lifetime
Singing at Shepherd's Bush Empire was definitely a unique experience. Walking onto stage in front of two thousand people was bizarre, so many faces looking up at you. Enough to make your mouth go dry. What a great crowd though. So many people up for a party, instantly smiling, singing and cheering. The moment I sang "Who ya gonna call?" and two thousand people shouted "Ghostbusters!" was my second favourite moment of the whole gig...
Yes we sang Ghostbusters, bizarre but always good for a laugh. My first favourite moment of the gig was during Belinda Carlylise's hit, green lights illuminated the crowd and all I could see were loads of men singing "Ooo baby do you know what that's worth..." Priceless!
It was amazing when a crowd sounds like one entity. As we broke into Dolly Parton's 9 to 5 there was a loud gasp around the room and then a crescendo of "Working 9 to 5..." I loved it! There were a few moments when I marveled at the fact that this was a once in a life time experience so threw a power pose in celebration :) The gig went really well, we seemed to be received ok and we're very grateful to the Delirious boys for taking a risk in having us. They are sweet hearts! So our Shepherd's Bush moment is over. It was definitely something I will remember for a very long time :)

Your part of the concert was awesome! I think I may have annoyed the people behind me because I kept bogeying away while seated and I am considerably taller than most :P
In all honesty I would have prefered if you guys stayed on than delirious come on :P

Don't think of it as "once in a lifetime". After all, you may be back at Shepherd's Bush in a couple of years with Delirious as YOUR support act!
I think I'm paying for those two hours queueing in the cold (got an absolute stinker at the moment) but it was worth it. Rock on!
