Team Terris has now grown!

Dsc00685_2 My last post was about the excitement i had in the run up to Christmas because Matt & I had decided to get a dog & use the expensive of Christmas as an Excuse. so this weekend we went to have a look at a couple we had narrowed it down to. To our surprise the lady who had the oh so rare Blue Weimaraners that Matt & I loved asked if we wanted to take one home with us then & there :) as they say the rest is history! wel history was yesterday and that seems along time ago, as she was up all night wining for her brothers &Dsc00682 sisters.

although we had thought through the practicality's of owning a dog we hadn't planed for it this weekend! we were having proxie Christmas at the lovely Hardings house... Little did they know what they were in for when they had invited us, its not normal to invite people over and have your floor peed on SO much! (sorry Steve & Carla)

Cute! What a find!

Take the little dude to obedience training as soon as you can! It is worth the money and will make your life 1000 times better in the near and far future.

Serioiusly cute - so is puppy going to be making the trip to Braintree in a couple of weeks to meet the rest of the family?

I am so so jealous.. just let me know if you EVER need a dogsitter!!!

She's a beauty! I second the suggestion for dog training. After living with the beautiful Samson in NY I discovered that Puppy Kindergarten was worth every penny! Put the hard work in early and there'll be a very happy mummy & daddy Terris in years to come : )

I think it should be a working dog, but not something traditional and 'hunt' dogs are now out. How about accountancy? I'm sure there's some kind of canine open university where it could get the training.

lovely! our jack russell is expecting at the new year and we have a ridgeback/alsatian cross puppy coming home next week :-) oh hurrah for puppies!

Hurrah until the sleep deprivation kicks in, from them whining all night!!!

I'm with Jonah, get him trained quick I love that breed they are soft mouthed and very gentle.
