Yo Sushi!

I have accomplished something new today. I made Sushi!

I love eating the stuff, but have never ventured into the realms of its creation. Until now.

Not much to it really. Armed with bamboo mat and sheets of green, crispy seaweed, I managed to get it all to roll at the right time! The secret seems to be in the sticking and chopping. Glue the edges down and away you go.

My family thought it was entertianing... if a little messy!
