For the last 48 hours I've been awake coughing till my whole body ached of pulled muscles :( I couldn't sleep as last night i was struggling to breathe! Fever took hold and i was reduced to tears this morning when i went into the kitchen and asked Bex if I could go to a doctor. Period pain easy...headache easy ...stomach bugs easy...all in comparison to not being able to control ur breathing and get enough oxygen down into ur lungs!

On Monday evening Luke and Em arrived in Alpe d huez!! It's been so nice to hang out with them. They got here unpacked then went out to a pizzeria 5 doors down. Had a lovely meal. Lots of us there, 3 of pete's friend, our friend Goldie and Liz the New Zealand Legend that works lives and plays with Bex and Anna. And myself Bex and Anna.
It's day 3 and I've snowboarded for the 1st time! I've had an amazing time so far. I arrived safely on Monday and hit a pub crawl night out round Alpe d huez! The next day after a good sleep I went up the mountain to watch Anna and Liz boarding, saw many people doing a fancy dress ski and drinking racing. Six stops six runs and a whole lotta shots! They looked pretty special when I saw them at the 3rd stop! Had a lovely catch afternoon hanging out with Bex and putting the world to rights. So nice to chill and chat wiv her again.
One of our best friend thought she'd have a change in life so ditched her job and started the adventure of her life... working a ski season!! However due to terrible phones and E-mail we have not herd any of her stories :( so this Post is dedicated to Bex and Anna as a place to tell the world of there adventures and miss haps along the way :)
I was given the best birthday present ever this year!!! I'm having my 1st ever girls holiday! I haven't been away for 7 years and have been desperate to have some fun and go somewhere I've never been!
Yesterday Charlotte and I went to Heathrow to pick up Carla and Helen. We parked up and I skipped and ran into arrivals with all the excitement of a kid in sweet shop! The airport always facinates me... I think it's to do with the desire to jump on a plane and gho on an adventure!
Thanks to my beautiful friends Charlotte, Carla and Bex I'm going to Florence and Piza!!....
This weekend has been a sad day in my fish tank. The whole community of Goldfish comets has felt the loss of the little sucker fish that past away on Friday night!
That however is not the end of the fish tank issues....
