OK, I dispair... I'm trying my darndest not to get too excited about the upcoming Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith (released May 05). My parents competently raised me on a healthy diet of Star Wars, Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica so I have been deeply dissapointed with Lucas's latest offerings...
Phantom Menace I found boring, Attack of the Clones was better (I was giddy as a school girl when Yoda went all ninja!) but neither have captured the magic of the original trilogy. It's bizarre! They effects are better, the mythology is established, the market is inbuilt but somewhere it's all going wrong!!! Anyone who can make Ewan McGregor look wooden deserves to be shot at dawn! Ok now I'm being a little dramatic - but at least a good tongue lashing!
The new trailer is worth seeing, and even though I'm nervous I'll totally see it opening night for the meer potential of the story line. Lets face it we've watched the previous two just to get us to the most exciting bit of all... *hoarse breathing* Dum dum dum dum da dum, dum da dummmm....
