Just a quick little post to ask if you wouldn’t mind praying for me tomorrow. Wednesday morning I’m up in Southport (the North! Better pack a jumper) speaking on “Freedom from Sin” at the Easter People conference…

Man my titles are sucking recently. There was a day when a pun would role off my tongue but you can tell by the imagination of this one I’m having a dry time creatively! ;) This weekend was lovely! I ate enough to feed a small army, got about a million Easter Eggs, road tripped round the South with Steve and witnessed Matt Hughes shoot my Dad in the knee…

Sorry for this week's radio silence but I've had an awful lot on my plate. The Revelation Prayer Room is going swimmingly (more later), my room is in disseray as I pack all my worldy possessions in boxes, and Stephen survived the two days at my familly home and his first face to face encounter with my Father post becoming my boyfriend...

Last night was a great night. Steve surprised me with tickets and backstage passes to a Daniel Bedingfield gig so we felt very rock and roll making our way to London on a Sunday night. As we emerged into the auditorium of the Hammersmith Apollo the first few chords of One Hundred Hours first song had just been struck and hundreds of people were staring with curiosity as the charismatic Tre began growling out songs of worship to Jesus...

I did it! This morning I got up at 7.30 refreshed! I had time to shower, eat breakfast, sort my washing and have a bit of time with Oswald before getting to work for 9.15! It’s possible! I have a strange energy today that must come from having a sensible nights sleep…

Today is a lovely day. I woke up with a gleeful stretch and the sound of Ben arriving back safe and sound from Indonesia. I had a liesurely shower made myself a packed lunch (my first new week's resolution, more later) and headed into the office for a quiet day to myself. Hurrah - I have total control of today's soundtrack!

God Bless Ciniworld's Monday and Wednesday Specials! Twice a week they bring back films that have left the silver screen to give you a second chance to experience them in all their glory. This week was like a gift from the Lord as I skived a bit on Monday to watch Finding Neverland, and traipsed to the cinema last night to watch Garden State. You could not ask for more quality viewing!

Today I am naffed off (ok so I really typed the P word but my consience made me edit it). Today I was rudely woken by a loud and persistant knock at the door. Yesterday was a fantastic day of planning, prayer and larking about in Harpenden with the Transmission team, wonderful but tiring, so I was not happy to be jerked from my dreams by a postman who would no doubt grin smuggly at my cow patterned dressing gown...

This weekend was relaxing and thought provoking. It was my first evening with my new mentor Maggie Ellis and Oswald Chambers excelled himself! If you've got a few minutes I just want to share what he wrote yesterday in "My Utmost for His Highest" (MUHH), it hit me squarely between the eyes as I read and wrote at my dressing table...

So what are your greatest fears? I like to know what mine are so that I can conquer them. The stubborn part of me hates being held back and locked up by them. I've had irrational fear of horses and escalators that I am very proud to have beaten in the last few years, and I have deeper fears that only emerge when provoked and are easier to hide...

A normal walk through Chi is usually accompanied by a soundtrack to fit my mood and weather, but with my current lack of audio assistance I am beginning to realise how musically stimulated my imagination is. On any given day, with tunes in my ears, I would transform the streets of Chi into vast and fantastical landscapes full of adventure and intrigue...

This evening I am lamenting the loss of my mini iPod. I have been in denial for a few months that the beautiful baby that brings me so much joy and companionship is broken. I’ve tried hitting it, pressing all the buttons, putting it in a drawer for a few days and just listening to fuzzy music, but with the case bulging and the audio output almost gone I can ignore the problem no more...

...with Steve Zissou. Absolutely delightful! For those of you have been puzzling over my banner for the last few months will realise it's origin when you step into any Multiplex in Britain. Life Aquatic is Wes Anderson's wonderfully eccentric follow up to the utter genius that was 'The Royal Tennenbaums'...
