Last night I finished reading For One More Day by Mitch Albom. He has a very engaging narative style and it reminded me quite strongly of his other book The Five People You Meet in Heaven, similar theme but distinct enough that my deja vu was mild...
Now I'm stuck with the dilema of what to read next. I've finished both my latest Christian book and my fiction feasting. I think I'm sorted on the fiction front as I have my husband's library to tempt me and have settled on The Life of Pi, but what next to munch into and learn about God, Church and the universe?
I've been tempted by strong reccommendations for Velvet Elvis by Rob Bell, though can't find it on BookMooch so I'm gonna have to see if I can borrow it from a friend but apart from that I'm open to anything. Any suggestions? I'm currently interested in spiritual discipline and church, if you've read anything within those themes that's impacted you lately I'd love to hear your thoughts. xc
