Yes, the near impossible has happened - my inbox is empty. I feel this occasion needs to be marked - it is truly momentous... surely this image corresponding with a completed to do list (a feat still out of my reach) is the perfect picture of contentment any modern girl living in a technological world could hope for. Ah well, best to have something still to dream for...
Though this post will go live on Wednesday, I'm actually typing it on Tuesday afternoon. The above image is the peace and tranquility that has been achieved after about four to five hours of sifting through and responding to correspondence from all over the world. The journey was as amazing as the result. I received emails that made me wiggle with glee from amazing people loving leprosy sufferers in the Philippines, two people planning 30 and 40 days of prayer and fasting at the same time in Sidney and Melbourne, Australia respectively, and news of a potential year of prayer in an Asian nation I probably shouldn't shout about until it's official! There were lots of other good stuff too: emails with friends arranging tea and soup, swapping book lists with fellow book worms and responding to enquiries about 24-7 Prayer from Moldova, the USA, India, the Philippines and more. My cyber feet are well travelled today. I wonder where they'll take me tomorrow?
